Shipping & Refund Policy


The Nature’s Co. ships its products to almost all parts of India as well as caters to International destinations too except countries where there is a ban on liquid shipments and imports.

Shipping Duration:

For Domestic / International Consignments:
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment and order confirmation, unless some unforeseen acts of GOD (earthquake, floods, cyclone, etc.) or force majeure by Government (Bandh, Lockdown, Curfew) or any kind of Pandemic, Civil Riots that restricts movement of goods or during peak business season or major festivals in any particular region in India such as Diwali, Holi, Christmas, Ganesh Utsav, etc. or Sale period, this Clause above shall stand extended to 10 business days. 

Shipping Charges:

Basic shipping charges will apply as per weight of products. 

For Prepaid Orders: Shipping Charges of Rs. 99/- will be levied on orders below 500/- (After discount). Free Shipping is applicable only on orders above Rs. 625/- 

Cash On Delivery (COD): You can also place order through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. 

ELIGIBILITY: Orders above Rs. 995/- are eligible to order via COD facility for Domestic Consignments only. We don't offer COD on International shipments.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order:

  1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"
  2. Our Customer Care team will call you to re-verify the details.
  3. Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
  4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our logistic partner at the time of delivery.
  5. If COD order is cancelled after confirmation call and shipping, then RTO charges of Rs. 150/-  will have to be borne by the customer. 


 International Shipping:

As per  PIN CODE entered and weight of parcel, International shipping charges will be added on checkout. These shipping charges are only for Shipment from our warehouse to Destination Country to recipient's address minus custom duty if any.

Any further custom duties / airport demurrage demanded by local authoriites of destination country, if consignment not picked will have to be borne by customer.

Estimated Delivery Time:

For Domestic Consignments:
For all metros and tier I cities, the delivery time would be within 7-10 working/business days of shipping or as per Expected Delivery Date for regular orders and before end of subscribed month for BeautyWish Box except in below mentioned cases. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume and ordered by tier II cities may take a couple of days longer to reach.

For International Consignments: 

15-20 working days as we cannot be certain of International customs turnout time.

Delayed Shipments:

Under certain circumstances like acts of GOD (cyclone, Earthquake, Flood etc), or situation like pandemics or lockdown/ curfew/ bandh announced by government, the situations, which are beyond our control we may be compelled to cancel orders or delay the dispatch of the order until everything resume normalcy. In such cases, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained. Only C/N will be issued.

Tracking Packages:
Tracking details will be updated in your order, once it is done you will get a notification for the same on your registered email id. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 5 days of placing an order kindly email or call our

Non-availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.


Cancellations by the Customer before the shipment is dispatched:

If you change your mind and need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order with a valid reason by emailing on

Refunds will be processed in form of Credit Note within 7 working days, a special coupon code will be provided to you with the equivalent amount of your order, which you can use it in your future purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Coupon Code has to be redeemed all at one go. 

Cancellations by the Customer after 12 hours of placing the order  / shipment is dispatched:

Shipping charges to call back the courier (RTO) will be applicable in such cases. Refunds for will be credited in form of a coupon code after deducting the shipping charges. The coupon code will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop against entire product catalogue on PLEASE NOTE: Coupon Code has to be redeemed all at one go. 

Amending orders:

We won’t be able to take requests to change shipping address. Product modification request will be entertained only when the orders were placed on COD mode and shipment has not been dispatched. 


Free Samples: 
Samples will be added in orders as per availability. No Samples will be added when discounts are running. 


Defective / Tampered products: 
Any complaints regarding the order received by the customer will be entertained within 3 days of receipt of parcel at customer's end on only. After evaluation we will process the replacement if any applicable. All product related queries will be entertained on


Cancellation by The Nature's Co 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for supply, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation. In any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate replacement of product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice.


Product Shelf Life 
All Products having a shelf life of 9 months or more are not considered nearing expiry. The same are shipped as per batch availability at the time of your order.


Return Policy
All the products can be returned within 7 working days from the day of delivery in complete sealed packaging in case of manufacturing defects if any only and if the complaint was raised within 3 days of receipt of parcel at customer's end. We will not accept returns unless there is any manufacturing defect. The final decision will be as per management and Q.C discretion only.

All issues will be handle in arbitration court in English language in Mumbai only.
